3. Information Handled in Wardrobe Outfit Planner

Wardrobe Outfit Planner Version 1.0.0 is architected as a local-first application. All core wardrobe planning functionality operates directly on your Android device without requiring account creation, login credentials, or cloud synchronization with our servers.

The following data is created by you and stored exclusively in local app storage on your device:

• Wardrobe inventory items: names, category chips (Tops, Bottoms, Dresses, Outerwear, Shoes, Bags, Accessories), season tags (Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter, All season), color indicators, and personal notes.
• Clothing photographs: images that you choose from your device via the system photo picker, saved to private local app storage on your device.
• Outfit looks: curated combinations across top, bottom, outerwear, shoes, bags, and accessory slots, including custom look titles and favorite tags.
• Wear calendar entries: look schedules pinned to specific calendar dates, daily wear notes, and local wear count statistics (e.g., most worn items).
• Travel capsules: trip names, departure dates, stay lengths, and packing check-off items.
• Application preferences: local theme selection (Linen closet or Soft night) and reminder notification preferences.

4. Information We Do Not Collect Through the App

To protect your privacy, Wardrobe Outfit Planner does not collect, transmit, or process the following categories of data:

• No account credentials, passwords, or personal profile identities.
• No names, email addresses, phone numbers, or physical addresses collected through planning screens.
• No precise or coarse GPS location tracking.
• No continuous cloud synchronization of your clothing items, photos, or outfit combinations to company servers.
• No financial, banking, or credit card details (Version 1.0.0 does not include paid digital purchases or in-app billing).
• No advertising identifiers (such as Google Advertising ID / GAID) for tracking or profiling purposes.
• No third-party advertising SDKs, tracking pixels, or third-party behavioral analytics SDKs are embedded in the app.

5. Device Permissions & System Features

The application uses only standard Android system features and sandboxed permissions:

• System Photo Picker: When adding clothing photos, the app invokes the standard Android System Photo Picker. The app does not request or require broad read access to your entire media library or photo storage; it only accesses the specific images you select.
• Plan Reminders (Local Notifications): The app includes an optional wear-day reminder feature (morning nudge on scheduled days). This feature is disabled by default. If you choose to enable it, the app requests the standard Android notification permission. Reminders are scheduled locally on the device; no notification tokens or messages travel across the network.
• Storage Access Framework (SAF) / Folder Picker: When you choose to export an outfit look PNG collage or export/import a JSON wardrobe backup file (wardrobe-outfit-backup.json), the app uses the system folder picker. Files are written only to the specific directory you select.

6. Information Handled on This Website

Hatch Inquiries: If you email jared@globalgoodshub.shop, telephone +1 681-385-3135, write to the registered office, or use the Hatch form, we receive the name, return address or reply path, and message text you provide. The Hatch form opens your email application and does not post that information to a server on this website. We use this information solely to review, process, and respond to your inquiry.

Technical Hosting Logs: When you browse our website, the web hosting infrastructure may record standard HTTP request logs (including IP address, browser user-agent, pages visited, and timestamp) solely for network transmission, server diagnosis, uptime reliability, and defense against abuse. We do not use advertising cookies, marketing pixels, or analytics tracking scripts on this website.

7. Fonts loaded from Google

The pages request typefaces from Google Fonts (Source Serif 4 and Atkinson Hyperlegible). Your browser contacts Google's servers to fetch those files and may send technical data such as IP address. This site does not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or other advertising tags.

Wardrobe Outfit Planner data remains strictly on your device until you decide to remove it. You can erase all clothing records, photos, outfit boards, calendar dates, and travel capsules at any time by selecting 'Clear wardrobe data' ('Reset wardrobe app') within the app's Settings screen, or by uninstalling the application. Because we do not store this data remotely, we cannot access or delete your local files from our offices.

10. Third Parties and Data Sharing

We do not sell or disclose your personal data to marketing networks, commercial aggregators, or external advertisers.

We share data only with essential infrastructure service providers (such as hosting and postal carriers) strictly to deliver website access or manage direct correspondence, or where required by lawful order of a competent regulatory or judicial body in England and Wales.
