Write which rail can still take a fold

An airer fold list marks what already hangs on each rail, wet or dry, and the keep-off cases.

The keep-off cases include a rail that is already loaded, a rail near a heat source, or a cloth the household has agreed not to hang. This is a household-range paper. It is not a wash certificate or a fitting visit.
